ROQUETTE will be part of the 6th Food Proteins Course 2012 "Food Proteins: Properties, Functionalities & Applications" held in Amsterdam from the 17th to the 19th of April 2012.
On April 17th at 3.50 PM Roquette will give a lecture on the characteristics and functionalities of NUTRALYS® pea protein and its use in many traditional and NEW applications:
