The NEOSORB® sorbitol solution range is obtained by hydrogenation of glucose syrup fractions. It includes many products differentiated by their richness in sorbitol.
The NEOSORB® sorbitol syrups are used in sugar-free confectionery: chewing gum, pan coating, and also as a humectant and stabilizer in biscuit and pastry applications.
