The annual exhibition International Sweets & Snack Tec China will be held from 22 to 24 October, at Shanghai Exhibition Center.

This year Roquette will focus on the presentation of texture innovation for chewing gum and tablets, which are two of the most important segments in the sweet, snack and confectionery market in China, with a selected range of food ingredients, including SweetPearl^® range (Maltitol from Roquette), and DC range of polyols. 

Today’s fast developing food market expects products to be diversified in order to appeal to more and more demanding consumers. Roquette products are designed to support food manufacturers with innovation, and are seeking market success with excellent nutritional and functional properties.     Roquette booth this year is fully adapted to the Asian market, with a vivid image of China and Asia on the poster.

There will be a tasting section, which will offer visitors a chance to sample and decide what they want.
