Introduction
CLEARAM® is a range of modified cook-up starches.
They are obtained from native starches that have been chemically modified to confer specific properties.
CLEARAM® starches provide viscosity resistant to process conditions and/or stable in preservation modes.
The applications concerned are all transformed food products including sauces, soups and milk products.
Roquette is the second largest European producer of starches.
