Positioned this year at the entrance to the exhibition, Roquette’s stand will be the place to go at Pro Sweets – where an abundance of chocolate taste sensations await visitors’ taste buds. 

The potential for creativity, innovation and consumer pleasure in chocolate-making will be represented by SweetPearl®, Roquette’s maltitol, the outstanding sweetener that comes with nutritional benefits.

Produced from cereals and with a naturally sweet taste, this remarkable carbohydrate is to serve as a source of inspiration for our master chocolate maker. He will share his creative ideas with you, using his specialist know-how to conjure up new “pearls” of chocolate on our stand.

 In addition, visitors will be able to discover the results of a consumer survey recently initiated by Roquette. Conducted in Europe, its purpose was to gain better knowledge of consumer chocolate preferences and demands.

The Roquette group’s presence at Pro Sweets will be its biggest ever. The aim is give visitors to our stand a chance to discover not only new flavours but also creative chocolate – and biscuit – product ideas in which innovation, pleasure and nutrition all come satisfyingly together.
