Bridge2Food: Roquette at the 4th Food Proteins Course 2010
Roquette will participate to the 4th Food Proteins Course "Hands-on Properties, Functionalities & Applications" held in Soesterberb (Netherlands) from the 28th to the 30th of September 2010.
Roquette will participate in the Bridge2Food session.
Audrey TAFFIN, Market Development Manager, will give:
- September 28, 13.15 - 14.00: a lecture on the characteristics and functionalities of the NUTRALYS® pea protein and its use in many traditional and NEW applications (vegetable drinks, dairy products, diet products, products for sportsmen, clinical nutrition)
- September 30: an overview of application session with new concepts:
- New vegetable drink VegBoost, texturized pea protein, chocolate confectionery
